This home is beautiful and very quiet. I love the historic look and huge porch to sit on just makes you feel at home. It was exactly what I expected. Fenced in backyard was perfect for my son’s service animals to have some freedom and fresh air. Edward was very accommodating with an early check in and helpful immediately responding to my messages. Although my stay wasn’t as long as I would have liked it (was here for work purposes and not relaxation) I will definitely be coming back soon. Thank you Edward for everything.

Edward's place was top notch. His place was clean, beds were great, sheets were soft and smelt great. Edward was a great host. I totally recommend his place to anyone visiting and staying in the area.

The team had a wonderful stay at Marlana’s place in Lakeland. The home was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication was easy and welcoming, and the check-in process was seamless. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and local recommendations. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend Marlana as a host!

My trip was well spent & definitely cherished with my two pups, many places require you to pay an additional payment after the initial payment of the airbnb for the dogs… ( not a big fan lol) but with Edward’s stay, it was included & my two pups were more than happy to tag along! Thank you for being responsive & very caring, love the fact it’s in the middle of tampa & orlando so you get the best of both worlds :) I’ll definitely be back! Thank you, Edward 🤍

Let me begin by saying that the hosting team is exceptional! I am traveling for work, so my schedule and availability for communication are quite unpredictable. The host demonstrated remarkable professionalism in our interactions and went above and beyond to ensure that my crew and I felt at home. Whenever I am in the area, I will certainly make an effort to book all of their units.

Great location between Tampa and Orlando. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Host was very responsive even when I had to call him. Booklet in apartment gave good check in and check out procedures and local recommendations for places to go to get coffee and food. Also if you are in the area you have to try LoveBird. Their chicken was amazing!!!

Had a great stay! Lots to walk to, we loved Bright Ice Cream and Cob & Pen for dinner. The place was nice and clean and very centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go. Would stay again if back in the area.

We enjoyed Edward's place very much! Easy check in, home is adorable and very clean. Pool was amazing! Beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was super quiet which made for a nice, relaxing evening.

This place was amazing. It was secluded, private, peaceful, and beautiful. I love it I would recommend it to everyone. The price was great Edward was great. Easy check in easy check out. I will definitely use again.

Edward is a great host! The apartment was perfect for our needs. Bed was comfy. Super clean bathroom. Roomy shower, water nice and hot. Can’t beat the Dixieland location. We had a little technical difficulty but Edward came over IMMEDIATELY to fix it. Would definitely recommend these hosts.
